1. Introduction

Welcome to OET Coach! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services provided by Arztly ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. The Service & Purchases

Our service provides AI-powered analysis of OET writing submissions.

Submission Credits: The Service operates on a "Submission Credit" basis. One (1) credit is equivalent to one (1) complete letter review cycle.

Purchases: Credits are purchased in packages via our payment processor, Stripe.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for purchased credits. However, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that zero (0) Submission Credits from that purchase have been used.

Validity: Purchased credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after this period.

Non-Transferability: Submission Credits are for the exclusive use of the account holder. They are strictly non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, shared, or moved to any other account.

4. Account Deletion

You may choose to delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, any unused Submission Credits are immediately forfeited and are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including sharing your account credentials or attempting to reverse-engineer the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Arztly.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our service uses AI models from Anthropic (Claude) to provide feedback. This feedback is a training tool and does not constitute a guarantee of a passing score on the official OET exam.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
